In my opinion, nothing detracts from an expensive exotic holster as much as cheap set of grips.
I began making Stingray holsters and grips for Seecamp pistols around 2008. You can see samples of my work on the following page. Just click on the button above. Since then I have expanded in almost all exotics such as Elephant, Giraffe, Hippo, Snake, Lizard, Ostrich, Cayman, Alligator, etc.. I make exotic leather holster only but every holster begins with cowhide. I buy mine from the HERMANN OAK LEATHER CO. This is the very best cowhide money can buy and it's all American. It gives us a strong and durable holster that will last a life time. (Below is a picture of one of my holsters with 40 lbs of weight stacked on top of it.)
The ability to cover your grips with a matching exotic hide depends greatly on the configuration of the grips and the hide you choose. There are many case where you just can't remove enough material from the original grip without ruining it. And guns with molded frames like Glock obviously won't work either. I'll be glad to take a look at your grips to see if Leather grips are an option for you.
